Samantha Balcom has been a licensed REALTOR® for over 8 years. She is a born Texan and currently lives in North Texas with her husband, James, and their three children.
Samantha graduated from Texas Tech University with a major in History and a minor in secondary education. Prior to her transition into Real Estate, she taught 9th grade at a local school district. Her background in Education has helped her communication and organizational skills. Samantha will provide in-depth information on local areas to help buyers narrow down their preferred location.
